The Regional Governor of Central Macedonia, Apostolos Tzitzikostas visited the MOMus Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki, in order to be informed about the progress of production of the Hollywood film “The Enforcer”, starring Antonio Banderas, which is currently being shot in Thessaloniki.
Mr Tzitzikostas was given a tour on set by the American producer of Millenium Media Mr Rob Van Norden and the film’s director Richard Hughes at the
MOMus-Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki, which was transformed into a film set.
“The filming of ‘The Enforcer’ and the operation of the Hollywood studios in Thermi, planned for 2022, are the first steps to establish our region as an attractive destination for Hollywood productions, which will brigne multiple benefits for our economy. We were the first to establish a regional film office in Greece, we are the first to support and facilitate all productions to be shot in our region. We would like to thank you all for your trust and we wish all the best to the film”, said Mr Tzitzikostas addressing to the film’s crew.
