A film shot in Thessaloniki, which unfolds the history behind the life and perils of the Jewish community of Thessaloniki. A co-production of the Greek National Opera – Εθνική Λυρική Σκηνή and Homemade Films, with the collaboration of the Thessaloniki International Film Festival – ENG. The project is produced by Maria Drandaki and it is curated by Orestis Andreadakis, Thessaloniki International Film Festival’s artistic director.
The film will be screened today, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, in a world premiere for the Encounters section of the Berlinale – Berlin International Film Festival. After its Berlin premiere, the film will also be screened in Greece.
