- Fani Boutouroglou, Visual Artist/ Special Teaching Staff at the Workshop of New Media in the Visual Arts of Rev.
Fani Boudouroglu is a visual artist and her dominant means of expression is installation art utilizing new digital and interactive media, focusing on the relationships between art, technology, science, and society. Part of her artistic research is the wider dialogue with the public, so her work includes workshops, lectures, and innovative interdisciplinary educational programs. He designed and implemented the AstronART project, a prototype model of a mobile Art and New Technology Media workshop for schoolchildren, students, and artists.
He has held solo and participated in group exhibitions. He teaches as a member of the EEP at the Laboratory of New Media in the Visual Arts of the Department of Visual and Applied Arts of the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He studied Painting at the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Computer and Communication Systems from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Dimitris Savvaidis was born on New Year’s Day 1976 in Thessaloniki…he went to school, studied, and worked, but finally…he found comics and animation as the right means to tell the stories he writes since they don’t limit the creator’s imagination. But he did not stay there beyond his artistic concerns, he also wanted to leave his cultural mark and was involved in organizing cultural events in his city and beyond.
Founder of AddArt where he “adds” art with animation productions comics publications and much more since 2014. AddArt is now an Awarded Animation Studio producing 2 animation series for FOX, Video Clip, Short Films, etc. He is the Artistic Director, founder of TAF (Thessaloniki Animation Festival), and main coordinator of the SELECT RESPECT Film Festival. Member of a Think Tank in Germany for green solutions and new technologies. Participation in the Biennale of Young Arts Moscow 2018, and the Biennale of Thailand 2018.
He shares his knowledge in Workshops and Guest Lectures at universities, such as the AUTH Department of Fine Arts and Cinema, TEI of Information Technology, Architecture Volos, Fine Arts of Florina, Fine Arts & Design Hamburg, Business School University of Birmingham as well as Babeș- Bolyai University Film Department in Cluj in Romania. Now Dimitris Savvaidis is the General Manager & Producer of Number 9 in Athens with new designs and projects for the largest animation studio in the country.
