Tomorrow, March 26, 2024, the Greek Film Center (EKK) invites the public to a unique celebration of Greek cinema. Across the country, cinemas will screen Greek productions from the last four years, with a ticket price of just €3, as part of the “Day of Greek Cinema” action.
This initiative of the Greek Cycladic Society reflects its support for Greek art and its importance for culture.The aim is to enable more people to enjoy our rich film work.
Each cinema hall has the freedom to choose feature films from 2020-2023, while short films and documentaries produced through the Special Programs of the Ministry of Culture and the Cypriot Greek Orthodox Church are also added.
The “Greek Cinema Day” is an opportunity for the Greek public to discover and enjoy the wealth of local cinema, thus contributing to promoting and strengthening Greek culture.
