The arts of dance and cinema meet in Thessaloniki, on the occasion of the Thessaloniki Cinedance International Festival (TCI), starting today Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th September 2023, at the Vitruvian Thing (29A Ptolemeon Str, Thessaloniki).
Thessaloniki Cinedance International Festival is an independent event that runs for the 6th consecutive year and it hosts 31 contemporary dance films from 17 countries in 3 projection zones, One every day at 21:00.
In addition, on the weekend of September 23 & 24, 2023, at 19:00, artist panels will be held, where the public will have the opportunity to watch dance films, together with their filmmakers- Timo Paris (Switzerland), Bernadette Jobbágy (Hungary), Florencia Guerberof (Argentina), Giorgos Alexakis, and Irini Thanasoulis (Greece). A discussion with the filmmakers about dance and film will follow after the screening.
